Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled MEP Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems installation and maintenance. As an MEP Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our tiny homes' MEP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems homes
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with MEP systems and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Uphold Wind River's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience as an MEP Technician
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems installation and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to work for long periods of time, often in physically demanding conditions.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy tools and equipment, and work at heights or in cramped spaces.
• Must be able to accurately use hand and power tools, and to ensure that work is level, plumb, and square.
• Must be able to work safely at heights and in tight spaces.
• Must be able to accurately read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents, and to ensure that work meets quality standards.
• Must be aware of safety protocols and regulations, and take steps to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Must be able to safely operate a variety of power tools and equipment, such as drills, saws, and other machinery.
• Must be able to safely lift, carry, and maneuver materials, including pipes, wiring, and other building materials.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that work is accurate and meets quality standards.
