MEP Technician ( Residential )

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, customer-friendly MEP Technician to handle residential maintenance jobs for our customers. You will visit customers’ homes daily and carry out mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to a high standard, representing our brand on every visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 3–4 assigned residential bookings per day across Dubai
• Carry out electrical work: fixing sockets, switches, lights, DB troubleshooting, fan and fixture installation
• Carry out plumbing work: leak repairs, tap and mixer replacement, WC and flush repairs, water heater installation and servicing, drain unblocking
• Carry out basic AC work: troubleshooting, filter cleaning, thermostat issues, and minor repairs
• Handle general handyman tasks such as fixture mounting and minor fit-out work
• Diagnose problems on site and explain the issue and solution clearly to the customer
• Upsell additional services where genuinely needed, following company pricing
• Follow company app processes: check-in/check-out, job photos, and job completion updates
• Keep tools, materials, and uniform in good condition
• Maintain high customer ratings, punctuality, and professional conduct in customers’ homes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of MEP experience in the GCC (UAE experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience in residential maintenance (villas and apartments)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs in a day
• Basic spoken English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an advantage
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
• Neat appearance, polite, and customer-focused

Working Hours

• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
