MEPF ENGINEER

Core Responsibilities

Site Management: Supervise and inspect daily MEPF installation works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and building code

Planning and Scheduling: Develop, monitor and update the schedule for MEPFS works.

Coordination: Coordinates with clients, architects, subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical conflicts

Cost Control: Review project designs, prepare Material Take-offs (MTO) and monitor Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Testing and Commissioning Conduct testing of electrical, fire safety systems, HVAC and plumbing to ensure functionality especially during building turnover

Quality and Safety Conduct site inspections for compliance with safety standards HSE and prepare technical punch lists

Documentation: Prepare progress reports, site documentation and technical reports

Qualification

Education: Must be licensed ELECTRICAL ENGINEER or MECHANICAL ENGR.

Experience at lease 2-5ys in MEPF fit-out or construction project management

Technical Skills Proficiency in CAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Project)

Mobility Willingness to travel frequently between project locations
