MEPF Quantity Surveyor

1. Prepares cost and quantity estimates based of the Mechanical, Fire Protection and Plumbing trades.

2. Provides clear and justified assumptions and considerations on items with limited details in relation to the handled scope of works.

3. Attends tender meetings up to post construction meetings in relation to bid submissions and variation orders

4. Evaluates contractor's proposal based on the awarded Main Contract, Scope of Works, Terms, Technical Expertise, and Design Plans.

5. Projects a lookahead to keep track on bid submission milestones and meet deadlines.

6. Coordinates with the Designers, Project Managers, and Construction Managers in reference to the constructability and implementation procedure of the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection trades

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

2. A licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage but not required

3. At least 1-3 years of experience in a fit out/ construction environment is an advantage

4. Knowledgeable in using Bluebeem Revu software & AutoCAD

5. Required skills: Quantity Surveyor, Cost Controlling, Estimating

6. Strong Analytical and Planning skills.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills

8. Can work under pressure and with sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines

9. Must be amenable to work in Makati City

10. Willing to start ASAP

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
