Profile Requirements:

Experience & Relevant Education:

• Administration experience advantageous
• Competent in Word and Excel, PowerPoint,
• Outlook

Core responsibilities:

Process Purchase Orders:

• Accurately process purchase orders for E-Commerce and Stores

• Ensure changes and updates are accurately made to current orders

• Ensure packing lists are received from all vendors prior to shipment updating purchase orders accordingly

• Close orders promptly once delivered

• Maintain style sizing data

• Run reports for sizing for all relevant styles and communicate findings to the Buying and QA teams

• Transfer stock effectively from RFC to EFC as requested by Planners to support E-Commerce performance

• Support weekly transfers of stock from RFC to stores
