Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and fashion-forward Retail Fashion Coach to elevate the styling, product knowledge, and customer engagement capabilities of our frontline retail teams. In this role, you will empower store associates through impactful coaching and training, bringing our brand DNA to life while enhancing the in-store customer experience and driving sales operation performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Ladies Shoes Allocator in daily allocation and inventory management activities.
• Process stock transfers and replenishment requests accurately and on time.
• Compile and analyze store stock levels, sell-through performance, and inventory reports.
• Update allocation trackers and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Respond to store inquiries related to stock availability and transfer status.
• Pull daily stock reports to support allocation planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Warehouse, and Stores to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Monitor stock movement and identify opportunities to improve inventory distribution.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and timely execution of allocation activities.
• Develop foundational knowledge of merchandise allocation, inventory planning, and retail operations.

We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or experience in merchandising, retail, inventory, or supply chain is an advantage.
• Experience in fashion, footwear, or retail industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and inventory management, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry.
• Eagerness to learn merchandise allocation and inventory planning concepts.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and numbers in a fast-paced retail environment.
