Job Description

• Support seasonal assortment planning and category line architecture.
• Maintain SKU assortment plans and product master data.
• Analyze product performance and recommend assortment improvements.
• Ensure the right product mix is available across sales channels.
• Develop purchase quantity recommendations based on sales forecasts and inventory targets.
• Monitor sales performance against buy plans and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Assist in purchase planning reviews and approvals.
• Prepare demand forecasts and replenishment recommendations.
• Monitor inventory health through key metrics such as inventory turnover, weeks of cover, and aged inventory.
• Identify stock shortage and overstock risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment activities with Supply Chain and commercial teams.
• Analyze sell-through performance by product, style, size, and channel.
• Monitor hero product performance and new product launches.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal business performance reports.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve category performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with Retail, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
• Consolidate category updates, action plans, and business review materials.
• Track category initiatives and ensure timely execution of business priorities.
• Maintain accurate merchandising, planning, and inventory data.
• Support inventory readiness for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, or Category Management.
• Experience in Sportswear, Footwear, Fashion Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory planning, and merchandising principles.
• Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
