We are seeking a proactive and analytical Merchandise Assistant to join our Merchandising & Buying team and ensure our product offerings align seamlessly with market demand.

In this role, you will work closely with Brand Managers, Buyers, and Supply Chain teams to track product lifecycles, monitor inventory levels, and optimize stock distribution across our extensive store network. Your sharp eye for numbers and keen interest in commercial retail trends will directly impact inventory efficiency and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Merchandisers and Buyers in inventory management, stock allocation, and replenishment across retail outlets nationwide.
• Generate, monitor, and analyze sales, inventory, and purchase order reports to identify best-sellers and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and processing of merchandise.
• Maintain accurate product master data, price tagging, and stock transfers in the system.
• Provide support during seasonal buying trips, trade shows, and brand strategy reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong numerical acumen or candidates with 1 year of experience in retail inventory or buying are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data entry; familiarity with SAP or retail inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
