Votre mission :

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Planning & Market Research

• Conduct market research on new product trends, competitor offerings, consumer trends, and emerging opportunities in the French market.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of the French new product launch calendar.
• Identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape for French-exclusive, seasonal, commemorative, and differentiated products.

2. Operations & Product Launch

• Coordinate with the Operations team to follow up on the in-store implementation of new products, IP collections, and key product ranges.
• Manage internal communication related to store feedback and support the resolution of product-related issues.

3. Product Data Management

• Input, maintain, and regularly update all relevant product data in the PLM system.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product lists and system records, coordinating with suppliers when necessary.

4. Marketing & Visual Merchandising

• Support marketing campaigns by coordinating with relevant stakeholders on product information, visual assets, and campaign materials.
• Follow up on VM materials and in-store implementation, including supplier coordination when needed.

5. Sales, Promotions & Stock Clearance

• Support the planning, execution, and performance analysis of promotional and stock clearance activities.
• Proactively assist in reviewing sales performance, inventory levels, and slow-moving products.
• Support the identification of potential B2B channels and stock clearance opportunities.

6. Customs & Logistics Payments

• Handle customs clearance and logistics payment requests: verify invoices and customs documentation, submit payment workflows, and update payment tracking sheets to ensure timely settlement and complete records

7. Compliance & Cross-functional Coordination

• Collect and maintain relevant information on French product regulations and compliance requirements.
• Handle other day-to-day administrative and ad-hoc tasks; support cross-departmental collaboration, meeting follow-up, and information consolidation

Votre profil :

Bac+5
Première expérience en Merchandising souhaitée
Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel
Anglais et Chinois courant (écrit et parlé)

Esprit d'analyse, sens de l'organisation et aisance relationnelle
Orienté(e) business
Connaissance SAP souhaitable
