What they need
Key responsibilities
- Factory Liaison & Sourcing: Contact and coordinate with factories and sewing contractors, select production bases (Supplier) with quality and pricing appropriate to the standards of both brands
- Production Tracking: Control and monitor production status daily/weekly (Weekly Tracking) to ensure products are completed on schedule (Calendar)
- Quality Control (QC): Inspect product quality (Fitting & Finish) from first sample (Sample) through to actual production (Bulk Production) to meet standards set by Design Lead
- Costing & Negotiation: Negotiate production labour costs (CMT) and control initial production budget in accordance with the plan set by Merchandiser
