As part of a global organisation, we combine the scale and opportunities of an international business with the entrepreneurial spirit and heritage of our Australian brands. We’re passionate about creating products and experiences that make a difference to our customers and our people.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join our Bonds Merchandise team and support the execution of our merchandise plans across the product lifecycle.

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you’ll play an important role in coordinating range activities, supporting trading reviews, maintaining product information and providing analytical and administrative support to help drive the category forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in merchandise, working closely with Merchandise, Planning, Marketing and Retail teams in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fixed term contract opportunity untill April 2026.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate product lifecycle activities including range setup, product matrices, price lists, catalogues and Go-To-Market materials.
  • Maintain accurate product information and ensure key product milestones, seasonal timelines and range requirements are delivered on time.
  • Provide reporting and analytical support, including trading reviews and performance information to assist with merchandise decision-making.
  • Coordinate samples, product information and presentations, ensuring requirements are tracked and delivered for key meetings and business milestones.
  • Partner with Marketing, Planning, Retail and other cross-functional teams to support packaging, product communication and range execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for store queries and product/price maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, while managing multiple priorities and supporting the Merchandise Manager across day-to-day category activities.

About You

You’re organised, commercially minded and detail-focused, with an interest in product and merchandise and the ability to build strong relationships across a busy, cross-functional environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Around 2 years’ experience in an entry-level product or merchandise lifecycle management role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Broader proficiency across Excell and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work at pace and respond to changing priorities.
  • Strong numeracy and financial acumen.
  • A natural problem-solving mindset and the confidence to work through ambiguity and escalate issues when required.

Why join us?

At Hanes Brands Australasia, you'll join a collaborative team that's passionate about innovation, creativity and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll enjoy:

  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • Generous staff discounts across our iconic portfolio of brands.
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • A supportive and inclusive culture where your ideas are valued.
  • The opportunity to help shape the online experience for one of Australia's leading retail brands.
