Merchandise Planner

• Support brand strategy and drive merchandise planning execution across channels
• Partner with Merchandising to develop seasonal targets and assortment strategies
• Conduct ongoing quantitative analysis to identify risks and opportunities
• Gather and synthesize feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop bottom-up sales and demand plans aligned with business objectives
• Reconcile bottom-up merchandise plans with top-down financial targets
• Drive demand planning for carryover and seasonal products
• Lead investment reviews and recommend actions to optimize performance
• Build and maintain monthly demand forecasts and sales projections
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Inventory Planning on monthly flow plans
• Manage MFO and flush mix across outlet channels
• Optimize line profitability and product lifecycle performance
• Drive markdown and promotional strategies to maximize sell-through
• Support end-of-season execution and inventory liquidation strategies
