What they need
- Develop and implement merchandise plans that align with the company's financial goals.
- Forecast sales, margin, and inventory levels for various product categories.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, product performance, and market conditions to adjust plans as needed.
- Prepare and present merchandise planning reports to senior management.
- Work closely with the merchandiser teams to ensure a cohesive approach to merchandise planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 1 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, demand planning, or a related role in the retail industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
