Merchandise Repair Call Centre

AT LEWIS HEAD OFFICE: WOODSTOCK

Duties (but not limited to):

• Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to stores regarding repair queries
• Liaise with stores, service providers, suppliers, agents and technicians with regards to logging of repairs
• Continuous follow up on repairs up to conclusion of repair case.
• Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support

Experience:

• Previous repairs systems experience is essential – in Retail background.
• Previous customer services work experience
• 1 Year Call Centre experience
• Data capturing

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
• Additional Language , would be a preference (Besides for English, Afrikaans)

Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):

• Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and good typing skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills in order too professionally assist stakeholders on all levels.
• Able to handle large volumes of telephone calls.
• Work under pressure and in a deadline orientated environment.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.

Work Location: In person
