Merchandiser & Content Creator Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Merchandiser & Content Creator Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product merchandising and coordinating influencer partnerships to strengthen our brand presence and drive customer engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage product merchandising and promotional strategies
• Monitor product performance, trends, pricing, and market opportunities
• Identify, contact, and build relationships with influencers and content creators
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, collaborations, and product promotions
• Negotiate collaboration terms and monitor campaign deliverables
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and results
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on promotional activities
• Stay updated on social media, influencer, e-commerce, and consumer trends

About you

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in merchandising, influencer marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects
• Good understanding of current online trends and consumer behavior
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are an advantage
