Merchandiser

An expanding trading company specializing in global sourcing, product development, and OEM manufacturing for international retail. Our diverse product range includes Toys, Sundries & Gifts, Stationery, Party goods & OEM licensed products. With a production plant in Dongguan, we invite high-caliber applicants for the following position:

Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities from production planning through to final shipment
• Provide comprehensive clerical support and assist the team with daily routines
• Work closely with overseas buyers on order processing and data entry
• Monitor factory production schedules closely to ensure on-time delivery
• Assist in preparing accurate price quotations and cost sheets.
• Liaise with testing laboratories to ensure product safety compliance and certification (e.g., EN71, ASTM).
• Manage sample development, follow-ups, and packing requirements.
• Coordinate showroom setup, product displays, and regular maintenance.
• Maintain organized records and work independently under tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduate; higher qualifications are a plus.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience in the Toys & Sundries industry.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to factories in Mainland China.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons or to meet project deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English; conversational Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Responsible, energetic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
