Merchandiser

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the proper availability, display, and visibility of the company's soy-based products in assigned retail stores and outlets. The position involves monitoring stocks, arranging products, maintaining displays, checking product condition and expiration dates, and coordinating with store personnel to support product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores, supermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets based on the scheduled route.
• Ensure soy products are properly displayed, stocked, organized, and easily accessible to customers.
• Monitor product inventory and coordinate with store personnel regarding replenishment.
• Check product expiration dates, damaged items, and overall product condition.
• Maintain proper product rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Ensure product displays, price tags, promotional materials, and other merchandising materials are properly placed.
• Monitor product movement and identify fast-moving and slow-moving items.
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and product displays.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with store personnel and retail partners.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and displays when necessary.
• Prepare daily store visit, inventory, and merchandising reports.
• Report stock concerns, product issues, and other store-related concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure assigned outlets are properly maintained and compliant with the company's merchandising standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With 1–2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, Retail Staff, Sales Promoter, or related position.
• Experience in food, grocery, FMCG, or retail products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic inventory monitoring and product rotation.
• Willing to conduct regular field visits to assigned stores and outlets.
• Physically fit and able to handle and arrange products as needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and follow assigned schedules.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.

Pay: Php700.00 - Php755.00 per day
