Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail and dealer stores on a regular schedule to execute vivo's visual merchandising and display standards

• Install, refresh, and maintain POSM (point-of-sale materials), display units, and promotional signage

• Monitor on-shelf stock levels and coordinate replenishment with dealers and the sales team to prevent out-of-stocks

• Check pricing accuracy and promotional compliance at point of sale

• Build strong, positive working relationships with store owners, managers, and staff

• Track competitor displays, pricing, and promotions in-store, and report market intelligence back to the team

• Complete store visit reports covering display compliance, stock levels, and competitor activity

• Support product launches and campaign rollouts at store level, including briefing store staff on new products

• Flag store-level issues — stock shortages, damaged displays, staffing changes — to the Regional Supervisor

Requirements

• English is a must

• Willing to travel regularly between stores within the assigned region

• Comfortable with basic reporting tools (Excel, mobile reporting apps)

• Candidates with a strong understanding of the local mobile phone market will be given preference.
