Merchandiser

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end daily merchandising activities, including product development and order follow-up.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams on sourcing, product development, quotations, sampling, and bulk production.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers on pricing, sampling, and production timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors to support ongoing product development and production needs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field.
• Experience in the garment field, especially in woven products, is an advantage.
• Previous experience in trims / accessories sourcing is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and attentive to product details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
