Merchandiser

Job Accountabilities

• Prepare and present offer decks & product offers based on the client’s trends, aesthetics, and specific requirements.
• Involve in product development and supplier sourcing for the team’s customers to maintain business competitiveness
• Work closely with suppliers on sampling, competitive pricing, order placement, quality control, and shipping arrangement.
• Monitor sampling quality and ensure all developments meet brand standards before being shared with customers
• Order follow-up for production and delivery schedule with suppliers and client.
• Update client database in system and maintain an accurate documentation of all offers, costings, and development stages for internal reference.
• Work closely with other departments to update the quality standard and shipment status
• Assist in sampling checking and record keeping
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 3 years’ merchandising experience especially in Fashion Jewelry / Accessories, Gift & Premium
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Responsible, detail-minded, flexible, good team player, a fast-learner, able to cope with deadline
• Immediate available is highly preferable
