Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to merchandising schedule and ensure all deadlines are met:

-Being creative in churning out innovative fabric print, product and graphic designs.

-Carry out regular market survey or reseach on latest trend and competitor's performance

-Conduct study on market trends and subsequently develop new (seasons) collection & concept idea.

-Coordinating and monitoring fabric and accessories to ensure timely delivery

-Ensure that shipment processes are in line with buyer instructions.

-Follow up and attend to all matter arising during sampling and production

-Liase closely with vendor on best cost negotiation as well as ensuring final product quality standard     meet requirements

-Liase with manufacturers & suppliers on production planning and development sample comments.

-Monitor and overseeing the progress of garment production according to schedule

-Negotiating and collaborating with buyer requirements

-Preparing fabric and accessories requirement and calculating consumption.

-Study and analyze product performance through system generated reports.

-Support the merchandising functions of the company which include buying, sales, order follow up and inventory analysis.

-Facilitate client requirement and meeting for presentation

-Liaise with relevant parties for fabric sourcing, sampling sourcing

-Negotiating with supplier, vendors and manufacturer

-Create and prepare order form

-Timely deliveries & specifications of products ordered are met to our standards

-Liaise with suppliers on shipment schedules, process shipping documents.

Job Requirement

-minimum 2 years or above fashion graphic design in garments/fashion industry or equivalent.

-A self-motivated team player who can work independently in a fast-paced enviroment.

-Enthusiastic, creative, decisive with good communication and negotiation skill

-Unflappable with ability to closely follow a brief to tight timelines

-Knowledge in fabric and apparels construction.

-Possess in-dept knowledge and practical experience in fashion design

-Proficient with design software, especially illustrator, photoshop & etc

-Qualification in Art or Fashion Design or Diploma holder in Fashion Designing  is plus.

-Ability to design around concepts

-Excellent sense of style and colour

-Thorough knowledge of silhouette, fabrication, colourways, sewing techniques

-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

-Dynamic, highly self-motivated, meticulous and good team player with positive work attitude

-proficient in speaking and writing Mandarin and English

-Ability to meet tight timelines
