Role Overview

We are seeking a Bangkok-based E-Commerce Merchandiser to manage and scale our Paudin Knives Shopee Thailand storefront. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Shopee shop, driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, and executing promotional campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands the Thai e-commerce landscape and knows how to win on Shopee.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management & Operations

• Manage the daily operations of the Paudin Knives Shopee Thailand store
• Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Ensure product content is accurate, localized in Thai, and optimized for Shopee search

Sales & Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales on Shopee
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions; adjust strategy accordingly
• Identify opportunities for bundle deals, vouchers, and flash sales

Campaign & Promotion Management

• Plan and execute participation in Shopee campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12)
• Manage Shopee Ads (keyword ads, discovery ads) to maximize ROI
• Coordinate with Paudin Malaysia on promotional calendars and stock allocation

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

• Forecast demand and coordinate stock levels with the Paudin Malaysia team
• Monitor order fulfillment, shipping timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Flag any logistics or compliance issues related to knife shipping in Thailand

Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report on key metrics: sales, traffic, conversion rate, ad spend, and ROI
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to Paudin Malaysia
• Use data insights to recommend improvements and new opportunities

Requirements

Essential

• Based in Bangkok, Thailand
• 2+ years of experience managing Shopee or Lazada seller accounts
• Strong understanding of Shopee Seller Center, Shopee Ads, and campaign mechanics
• Fluent in Thai (required for local operations and customer communication)
• Good command of English (for coordination with Paudin Malaysia)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred

• Experience in Kitchenware, Houseware, Outdoor, or Lifestyle categories
• Existing network or experience with Shopee Thailand's seller ecosystem
• Experience working with cross-border brands or international teams
• Familiarity with knife/cutlery product compliance and shipping regulations in Thailand
