Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores according to the approved route schedule.
• Arrange and display products following company merchandising standards and planograms.
• Ensure products are fully stocked and replenish shelves as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the sales or warehouse team.
• Check product expiration dates and rotate stocks using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Remove damaged, expired, or obsolete products from display.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional displays, and price tags.
• Ensure product pricing is accurate and updated.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit daily activity, inventory, and merchandising reports.
• Report out-of-stock items, customer concerns, and market feedback to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and store regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; a college degree is an advantage.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or FMCG is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move products when necessary.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with merchandising standards and retail operations is an advantage

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
