Duties

• Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness, cleanliness, and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Manage administrative tasks such as inventory logs, sales reports, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising or leading a team within a retail or merchandising environment.
• Multilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively across diverse teams and customer bases.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coordinate team efforts.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Prior experience in merchandising or retail display design is preferred.
• Demonstrated administrative skills for managing reports, schedules, and inventory records effectively.
