About the role
The Merchandizer role involves liaising and working with Outlets staff to maintain and upkeep planograms and displays. You will build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners while remaining up to date with industry's best practices. The role includes negotiating space with Outlets and coordinating with the Logistics Operations Executive.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to various outlets to replenish stocks
- Take in new sales orders
- Perform stock counts
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear outs
- Attend to customer enquiries and needs
- Liaise with outlet staff to update stock lists
- Perform other ad hoc activities as assigned by immediate supervisor
