Dear Folks,

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Merchandiser with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the garment/apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the order execution process from order confirmation through production and final shipment, while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, and hands-on proficiency in ERP software for order tracking, production planning, inventory management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete merchandising process from order receipt to final shipment & product development process.
• Coordinate with customers/buyers regarding order details, specifications, approvals, and timelines.
• Study and understand Tech Packs, BOMs, specifications, size charts, and buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, Fabric, Trims, Quality, and Purchase teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, sampling, approvals, and production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain Order Sheets, T&A (Time and Action) Calendars, BOMs, and production-related documents.
• Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed as per the committed delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
• Identify potential delays and take proactive corrective action in coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers and provide updates on order status.
• Coordinate with the logistics/shipping team for shipment planning and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, production status, approvals, and shipment details.
• Generate regular MIS and order status reports for management.
• Ensure timely updating of all order and production-related information in the ERP system.
• Monitor order costing, consumption, inventory, and production data as required.
• Support management in analysing order status, production efficiency, pending orders, and delivery schedules.

ERP Software Proficiency

The candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP software used in garment/apparel manufacturing.

Key ERP responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining Sales Orders / Work Orders.
• Updating order details, BOM, quantities, delivery dates, and production status.
• Tracking fabric, trims, accessories, and inventory.
• Monitoring production and order progress through ERP.
• Generating MIS, order status, inventory, and production reports.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and system updates.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve ERP-related data discrepancies.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the company's ERP system.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment/apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing and merchandising processes.
• Good understanding of fabric, trims, garments, sampling, production, and shipment processes.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in ERP software is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
