Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with office sales person, buyers and customers regarding orders and product requirements.
• Follow up with production, planning, and quality departments to ensure timely order execution.
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders.
• Track order progress from sampling to final shipment.
• Coordinate with fabric, accessories, and sourcing teams to ensure material availability.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain regular communication with internal departments and clients.
• Prepare reports related to order status, production, and deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Textile/Fashion/Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment or sportswear industry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
