Merchandiser

We’re hiring – Merchandiser (MD)

📍 Location: Tirana

In partnership with a leading international electronics company, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure top-tier product presence in retail stores across the region.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, building in-store relationships, and making sure every product is seen and well-positioned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the assigned route plan (daily itinerary of store visits)
• Ensure strong product visibility and tidy displays at each retail point
• Maintain professional relationships with store staff
• Provide basic training on new product features and key selling points (to store owners and staff)
• Negotiate or secure premium shelf space and POP materials (Point of Purchase)
• Deliver and install all POP materials and in-store branding
• Collect and report key data from the field (e.g., stock levels, feedback)
• Track VOC (Voice of Customer: input from store staff or shoppers) (OOS)dent issues)
• Report any issues related to visibility or damaged packaging (dent issues)
