Merchandiser

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and presented to maximize sales and maintain excellent store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards.
• Check product pricing, labels, promotions, and visual displays.
• Conduct regular store visits and prepare merchandising reports.
• Coordinate with sales teams, store personnel, and management.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, and displays.
• Ensure promotional materials and displays are properly installed.
• Report damaged, missing, or slow-moving products.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports on time.
• Perform other merchandising-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel or conduct field/store visits when required.
• Physically capable of handling and arranging products.
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
• Preferably with a valid Driver’s License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, and 3)
