Merchandiser – Frontier Liquors

Our Merchandisers are the behind-the-scenes heroes who keep our shelves full, our displays sharp, and our customers delighted. This role supports all Frontier Liquors locations and our warehouse by maintaining product availability, refreshing seasonal and promotional displays, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to multiple stores to merchandise products and maintain inventory levels
• Rotate stock and ensure products are easy for customers to find
• Update and enhance displays to reflect current promotions and seasons
• Communicate stock issues to purchasers and managers
• Assist with warehouse operations including deliveries, receiving, and organization

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old (required per Indiana law)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance meeting company and state requirements
• Ability to routinely lift 25–50 lbs

Bonus Points For

• Six months of experience in merchandising, warehouse work, construction, grocery, or any fast-paced, physical role
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with handheld ordering or inventory devices
• Beverage industry experience
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Indiana Liquor License is preferred, but not required

Schedule & Work Style

• Rotating weekend schedule; typically 1–2 weekends per month
• Use of personal vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursed monthly)
• Generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with some flexibility in start/end times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
