Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Merchandiser to visit our retail outlets located at petrol stations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with the relevant teams to fulfill each store's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit assigned retail stores located at petrol stations across the UAE.
• Monitor stock levels and identify missing, low-stock, or out-of-stock products.
• Collect accurate information about stock shortages and store requirements during each visit.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and relevant teams to arrange replenishment of required products.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, well-organized, and presented according to company standards.
• Check product availability, expiry dates, packaging, and overall shelf presentation.
• Maintain good relationships with store staff and address their product-related requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on store visits, stock shortages, replenishment needs, and market observations.
• Ensure timely follow-up to minimize stock shortages and maintain product availability across all assigned outlets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
• Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own a car.
• Willingness to travel regularly between assigned petrol station outlets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to monitor stock, identify shortages, and follow up on replenishment requirements.
• Must be organized, reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.

UAE – Regular visits to retail outlets located at petrol stations.

Important Requirement

Candidates must have their own car and be comfortable travelling between multiple store locations as part of their daily responsibilities.
