Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, and visibility in supermarkets and retail outlets. - Monitor stock levels, product availability, expiry dates, and shelf rotation (FIFO). - Replenish shelves and ensure products are displayed according to company standards and promotional plans. - Implement in-store promotions, displays, and promotional activities. - Monitor competitors products, prices, promotions, and shelf positioning. - Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff. - Report out-of-stock items, damaged products, pricing discrepancies, and market issues. - Take and submit regular photos of product displays and promotional activities. - Prepare daily visit reports and provide feedback on market conditions. - Coordinate with the sales and trade marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial activities. - Ensure all assigned outlets are visited according to the planned schedule.
