Merchandiser

KKey Responsibilities

• Analyze sales results, inventory levels, and product sell-through performance to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in merchandise planning, product allocation, and stock replenishment to ensure appropriate inventory levels across stores.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports, providing insights to support merchandising decisions and business planning.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient merchandising execution.
• Track incoming shipments and verify delivered quantities against purchase orders, promptly resolving discrepancies with the relevant teams.
• Arrange inter-store stock transfers to improve product availability and optimize inventory distribution.
• Evaluate product performance by identifying best-selling, slow-moving, and obsolete items, and recommend appropriate inventory actions.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal clearance activities, and new store openings.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and assist with additional merchandising-related assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in merchandising, merchandise planning, inventory control, or retail operations.
• Experience in fashion, sportswear, luxury goods, or multi-brand retail environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and solve problems effectively.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
