Merchandiser (Eyewear)

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full merchandising process with the Sales & Merchandising Team, from sample development and price negotiation to mass production and final shipment
• Liaise with factories on production arrangement, production lead time, and delivery schedule
• Monitor production schedules closely with factories to ensure complete, on-time delivery, and work with the shipping team and other external parties to resolve any issues
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required
• Attend both overseas and local trade fairs, if required

Requirements:

• HKCEE or DSE graduate; higher qualifications are a plus
• Min 2-3 years working experience in merchandising (Eyewear industry will be advanced)
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of relevant manufacturing processes
• Responsible, multi-tasking ability, detail-oriented, self-motivated, work independently under pressure, with strong accuracy and good problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China, overseas and trade fairs is required
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chinese word-processing)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
