Job Qualification:

• Minimum education: D3 / D4 / Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and garment development processes.
• Experience in sample development and production flow (PG1 to PPS).
• Knowledge of fabric sourcing, factory sourcing, and material selection.
• Familiar with costing structures, FOB pricing, and basic negotiation processes.
• Digital-oriented, with experience using ERP/PLM systems (preferably Odoo and PLM).
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple processes simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Job Desk:

• Handle the end-to-end merchandising process for Kent & Crew.
• Manage the sample development process from Proto Garment 1 (PG1) to PPS (final prototype).
• Identify, evaluate, and manage new fabric and factory sourcing.
• Support the price negotiation process, including FOB pricing, costing, and related components.
• Manage order processing and follow-up using internal systems (PPM, PLM, and production scheduling).
• Coordinate production scheduling, line trials, and follow-up with related teams to ensure on-time delivery.
