Merchandiser (Woven)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team, specializing in woven garment categories. The role requires strong coordination skills, market awareness, and the ability to manage the end‑to‑end merchandising process from product development to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle woven garment product categories, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams on sampling, production, and shipment schedules.
• Monitor order status, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work closely with design, sourcing, and quality teams to align product development with business needs.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Track market trends and provide insights to support assortment planning.

Qualifications

• F.5 or above, Cert. in Fashion, Textile, Business, or related discipline will be an advantage.
• 1-3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in woven garments.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑minded, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
