Merchandiser/Sales Solutions

Working closely with our Account Managers, you will promote our products and outstanding service in this customer interfacing role. You will be driving a company-branded vehicle to customer sites and working from our Hornby, Christchurch hub. This role is more than a normal merchandiser role with loads of variety from inventory of office products to servicing coffee machines and offering customers product solutions. This is a great role for a graduate ready to make their mark, a customer service guru who likes getting out and about, a merchandising expert with an eye for detail, or someone keen to develop a career in sales.

About the Role

1.     Stock counts & replenishments

2.     Ordering, scheduling & delivery of products

3.     Updating Customers & Account Managers

4.     Offering product solutions, technical assistance & upselling

5.     Reviewing vending solution plans & making recommendations

About You

1.     Enjoys driving & working in varied customer environments

2.     Focused on customer relationship building & solutions

3.     Practices outstanding communication & interpersonal skills

4.     Thrives on being organised, multitasking & is physically fit & can lift up to 20kgs

5.     Full, clean drivers licence, self-managing, honest & reliable
