Merchandising Admin/ Executive

What you'll be doing

• Ensure accurate inventory records and stock levels across all product categories
• Update and monitor shipment status and purchase orders to ensure timely arrival of goods
• Coordinate inventory relocation, stock transfer and replenishment planning to prevent stock-out or overstock
• Work closely with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and accurate outbound and inbound stock arrangements
• Assist in re-ordering of best-selling items and participate in the assortment planning process
• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports (e.g. stock quantity, sell-through rate, best sellers, slow-moving items)
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the merchandising team
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays (half day)
• May be required to work on public holidays when operationally necessary

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in merchandising, inventory, retail admin or related role
  (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with stores, logistics, warehouse and suppliers
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for fashion / retail will be an added advantage
