Merchandising Administrator-Contract 3 Months

Job scope

• Create international barcodes and maintain master data in the CRC system

• Upload daily sales data from the CRC system into the NRS system accurately and on time

• Process stock posting in the NRS system upon merchandise delivery to CRC DC

• Record and manage returned SKUs from CRC into the NRS system

• Coordinate and follow up with warehouse teams to ensure operations meet required timelines

• Coordinate with finance for invoice and credit note

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain smooth inventory operations between systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or etc…

• At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in merchandising or administrator function

• Passionate about fashion and always up-to-date with trends

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and document management skills

• Responsible, dedicated, and able to work well in a team

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Fresh graduates are welcome
