Job Summary
Supports day-to-day concession operations across department store and mall partners (SM, Robinsons, Metro, Landmark, ICM, KCC, Unimart, Royal, NCCC). Coordinates promotions, new-item sampling and SKU approval, pull-out requests, and related admin tasks between the company, store partners, and internal departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1+ year in retail operations, merchandising, or account coordination preferred; fresh graduates with strong admin skills may be considered.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); able to learn vendor/merchandising portals.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Good communication skills; willing to coordinate across Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Digital, and HR.
