Merchandising Assistant

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with the Merchandising team to develop and execute effective in-store merchandising strategies
• Ensuring product displays and fixtures are maintained to the highest standards
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed to optimize shelf availability
• Providing feedback and insights to the Merchandising team to enhance product positioning and visibility
• Assisting with the implementation of promotional campaigns and special displays
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to merchandising activities
• Collaborating with store management to address any merchandising-related issues or concerns

What we're looking for

• At least 0 - 6 months of experience in a merchandising or retail-related role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with store staff
• Familiarity with retail merchandising principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a passion for visual merchandising
