Merchandising Assistant

Key Objective:

To provide administrative support to the merchandising team including running reports and analysing sales and stock figures.

Work closely with allocate of stock to stores/counters and maintain the flow of stock to stores.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing crucial support to Merchandising team taking an active role by analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels
• Helping to predict and plan on quantities & trends of brand in counters
• Managing current sales and forecasting sales figures
• Monitoring deliveries and stock levels in distribution and stores
• Allocating and replenish your brand ranges ensuring sufficient stock in stores

Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business or any discipline
• At least 2 years related working experience in Retail lines
• Commercial awareness and keen interest in the fashion retail industry
• Good communication skill (Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin) preferable able to communicate with overseas suppliers.
