Merchandising Assistant

Company: MUGEN Group Ph (UCC Coffee Philippines)

Work Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, full on-site

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of solid merchandising experience, preferably in the food and beverages industry.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, inventory management, and product assortment planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and merchandising or ERP systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Reponsibilties:

• Responsible for buying merchandise at the right price, quantity and terms.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize profitability and maintain relationships.
• Support in planning, execution and monitoring the movement of the merchandising strategies.
• Execute merchandising plans to ensure product availability, profitability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance through data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to recommend product assortment, replenishment, and markdown strategies.
• Coordinate with Buying, Planning, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth product launches and inventory flow.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance merchandising efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
