Merchandising Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandising Executive to support brand-based merchandising planning and execution in a fast-paced retail environment. This role works closely with Merchandising Managers to manage OTB, product launches, order consolidation, inventory tracking, and performance reporting to ensure smooth and timely retail operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning and purchase tracking
• Update and maintain accurate sales, stock received, and inventory movement data
• Coordinate product launch schedules and monitor delivery timelines
• Consolidate offer lists, order quantities, and MOQ requirements
• Review stock balance, size ratios, and allocation to support order decisions
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and sell-through reports
• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, DC, and Brand teams for execution alignment
• Identify and highlight stock risks, discrepancies, and delivery delays proactively
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting timeliness across merchandising records

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or retail support
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas required)
• Comfortable handling large datasets and report analysis
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline
• Able to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good coordination and cross-functional communication skills
