Merchandising Executive

The Merchandising Executive responsible for planning product allocation, inventory movement and stock replenishment across DTC stores to ensure optimal stock availability, maximize sales opportunities and improve inventory productivity. Functional

• Plan and allocate merchandise to stores based on sales trends, store requirements and inventory levels.
• Monitor product sell-through, stock movement and inventory performance by store and SKU.
• Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns through effective stock planning and allocation.
• Recommend allocation adjustments to optimize product availability and sales performance.

Inventory Management & Replenishment

• Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers between stores to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Identify slow-moving and ageing inventory and recommend markdowns, promotions or stock transfers.
• Work closely with Warehouse and Retail Operations teams to ensure timely stock availability and inventory accuracy.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, stock status and inventory movement.
• Provide recommendations to improve inventory productivity, sell-through and store performance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, allocation, inventory planning or retail operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of retail inventory management and stock allocation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
