Merchandising Intern

Responsibilities:

-Support the Merchandising team in executing new product launches, retail campaigns, and in-store activities.

-Review and validate store photo submissions to ensure compliance with merchandising and display standards.

-Audit store displays by checking the completeness and proper installation of Point of Sale Materials (POSMs).

-Track and monitor the implementation progress of display materials across stores nationwide.

-Maintain and update records of POSM deployment, store receipt confirmations, and display status.

-Coordinate with regional teams to collect merchandising reports, store updates, and required documentation.

-Assist in monitoring merchandising project timelines and following up on pending deliverables.

-Prepare regular reports, data summaries, and progress updates for the Merchandising team.

Requirements:

-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Able to manage, analyze, and update data accurately.

-Good communication and coordination skills.

-Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

-Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
