• Duration: 6 months (6 months , at least 3 days a week) Your Team As you might expect from a sports brand with running at its core, the Great China team at On is a fast-paced place to be. You’ll be part of the merchandising team APAC and co-working with a group of highly motivated individuals. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed- what else? This role is based in Shanghai, China. Your Mission: Sales Meeting: Play a pivotal role in facilitating sales meetings for franchise partners and distributors to help them understand our product offering and provide seasonal buy guidance. You will:
• Manage a lot of samples: receival, organization, and record keeping
• Set up showroom: product display and mannequin looks
• Plan and assemble Model Show outfit

Tailored Assortment And Sell-In Tools Gain omni-channel exposure working with Ecom, retail and wholesales teams in building channel specific assortment for the APAC region. You will:

• Create visual overviews by channel and country to inform channel leads and planner on product assortment status
• Develop Sell-In Tools (product linesheet)

that will guide assortment buy for wholesale

• Maintain line sheet (googlesheet) integrity according to product tailored assortment status Competitor and Trend Research: Take part in influencing product briefs and requests we submit to global. You will:
• Conduct competitor analysis focusing on pricing, feature and benefits, and unique product launches
• Trend research focused on product opportunities and color to influence global product development for future seasons Your Story:
• Sports participation a big plus
• Business/Fashion majors preferred but not required
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, study abroad experiences a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Google Suite experience a plus)
• Previous internship experience in sportswear/fashion industry a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
