Merchandising Manager

About the Company

A MNC fashion retail company with a strong global presence is looking for a Merchandising Manager to lead merchandise planning and ensure the right products, quantities and assortment are planned according to customer demand and business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Merchandise Planning & Assortment – Lead seasonal merchandise planning by analysing previous sales, customer demand and market trends to develop the right product assortment, SKU quantities and price points.
• Sales Forecasting & Budget Management – Prepare sales and demand forecasts while ensuring purchases are aligned with approved OTB budgets, price structures and SKU limits.
• Inventory & Stock Management – Monitor inventory performance, stock rotation, aging stock and delivery schedules, taking timely action to maintain healthy stock levels.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Category Management, Buying & Merchandising or related fields.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, sportswear, accessories or retail will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of assortment planning, SKU planning, sales forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience managing merchandise budgets / OTB will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
