Merchandising Manager

We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to join our fast-paced team at our Calgary Head Office location. As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and maintenance of merchandising standards across Modern Beauty’s retail store network. This role ensures the delivery of visually compelling and brand-consistent in-store presentations.

The Merchandising Manager plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience through effective shelf management, point-of-purchase displays, and brand partnerships.

This position requires strong analytical skills, creativity, cross-functional coordination, and a highly organized approach to managing timelines, inventory flow, and brand assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments and with external brand partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
