Merchandising Manager

Senior Merchandising Manager (Apparel and Sundries)

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• 20+ years of apparel merchandising experience with at least 8 years of experience in managerial level at buying office

• Familiar with USA market

• Proven experience leading large merchandising teams.

• Strong knowledge of apparel sourcing, product knowledge, and people management.

Responsibilities:

1) Business Management

• Manage and grow apparel business portfolio
• Balance growth, dive cost saving, and speed-to-market
• Identify new business and category growth opportunities
• Monitor business performance and address commercial risks
• Motivate teams and suppliers to pace along with company strategies

2) Merchandising & Operations

• Oversee product development and order execution across all categories
• Ensure competitive costing, quality, and on-time delivery
• Drive sourcing and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Resolve commercial and operational issues effectively

3) People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising teams of 10+ members
• Drive performance management and talent development
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Support succession planning and organizational growth
